🔁 Exchange and Return Policy – Kreate 3D

Kreate 3D values customer satisfaction and adherence to the Consumer Protection Code.

📦 Exchange due to defect or order error

If the product has a manufacturing defect or is sent differently from what was requested, the customer must contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

After analysis and confirmation of the problem, we will exchange the product or resend it at no additional cost.

🔄 Right of withdrawal

According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer can request the return of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, provided that:

The product is unused

In perfect condition

In its original packaging

After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase.

🎨 Customized products

Customized or made-to-order products, produced according to customer specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged due to remorse, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

🚚 Shipping costs

In cases of defect or error by Kreate 3D, shipping costs will be our responsibility.

In cases of remorse, the cost of return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
